Automatically organize PDF invoices on Windows
A simple invoice Cue can collect matching PDFs into a folder you choose while keeping the process visible and reviewable.
Build the Cue
Choose the folder where invoices arrive, match .pdf files and optionally require text such as invoice in the filename. Then choose Move or Copy to your Finance or Invoices folder.
Why use a Cue?
The rule is easy to understand later, can be paused at any time, and is recorded in Activity after execution. You do not need scripting or a FolderCue cloud account.
Cross-drive folders
Copy is available across supported local drives. Cross-drive Move is intentionally not available in the current release; FolderCue offers a Change to Copy option instead.
